If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your a product or service, we’ll give you a full refund within 30 days of sales date.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We will issue refunds for customers who aren’t completely satisfied with our products, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund, less the shipping fees.
If there is an issue with sizes on clothing we will accept returns but not exchanges. The price of the clothing will be refunded to you less the shipping costs. The return must not be worn or washed. Please enclose the name the order was placed under and your order number and date or purchase.
If you have given us an incomplete/ incorrect address and your item is lost and/or returned, we will require that you send us the money for the reshipment.
