I was once told of a relative who got caught between the moon and New York City.
He died in the cold vacuum of space.
This morning marked a rare Super Blue Blood Moon. A formidable title that would be hard to press into a Creedence Clearwater Revival song, the combination of a lunar eclipse, blood moon and super moon — was visible in the western hemisphere for the first time in 152 years.
Here on the East Coast we were only able to catch a glimpse of it for 16 minutes in the early morning. The rest of the county had better, longer views.
So here’s a cool video for those of you who missed it.
